mEATquality Project Concludes with Video Presentation of Key Results
The mEATquality project has successfully come to an end, marking an important milestone in its commitment to advancing animal welfare, meat quality, and sustainability within European livestock systems.
Over the course of the project, mEATquality brought together researchers, industry stakeholders, and practitioners to improve the assessment and implementation of animal-based indicators and monitoring tools across the meat production chain. The outcomes generated provide valuable insights and practical solutions to support more transparent, welfare-oriented, and quality-driven production practices.
To highlight the project’s main achievements, a new video is now available featuring Hans Spoolder, mEATquality Project Coordinator. In this video, he presents the key results of the project, reflects on its impact, and outlines how the knowledge generated can be used by stakeholders across the sector.
This video offers a clear and concise overview of the project’s contributions and is particularly relevant for farmers, processors, policymakers, researchers, and anyone with an interest in animal welfare and meat quality.
